Tonight, I had the spinach salad, chicken cordon bleu, and creme brulee. Don had the calamari, his own version of surf & turf with a lobster tail and prime rib, and melting chocolate cake. Don enjoyed his prime rib, but I was a bit disappointed in the creme brulee as it was very watery.

Rudi's Seagrill is a specialty restaurant (at surcharge / reservation fee) located on Deck 8 (between Summer Landing and The Shores) with indoor (80 seats) and outdoor seating (al fresco dining on The Lanai). Service on Carnival Jubilee is Overwhelmed, Inconsistent
During our cruise, there were a total of five different comedians. On most nights, there were at least three sets in each venue, with comedians rotating between the PG and adult venues throughout the week. Among the several comedians we saw, our favorite was DJ Cooch. Similar to the daytime activities, when the sun goes down, Carnival Jubilee offers a variety of activities. This Japanese-style steakhouse is small, with only three tables.
"Dear Future Husband" isn't the only interactive entertainment you'll find on board. Another is the Lone Star Tailgate, a three-hour pool deck event in tribute to the ship's Texas home port. Oddly, there were some discrepancies on board that I was surprised to see on a ship that's been sailing for several months. Of the performances, I most enjoyed two main-theater shows that are also found on some other ships in the fleet. One of the best ways Carnival provides value to its customers is through its food offerings. Complimentary dining abounds on Carnival Jubilee, and the variety of cuisines is impressive.
Olga offered classical piano music in the early evenings and after dinner, mainly in the Golden Mermaid. A trio of violinists, Sky Breeze, offered modern and classic songs in the evening in several venues. Country music fans could enjoy the cowboy, Jeffrey Michaels, whereas fans of acoustic pub music could settle into sets by Owen Stephen. This Carnival Cruise Line exclusive entertainment offering should not be missed. The cruise director, Kyndall Fire, did a great job hosting this crowd-pleasing event with three show times, including a late night adult version.
Additionally, the Cloud 9 Spa offers a variety of treatments such as facials, massages, and body wraps. The adjacent thermal suite includes a whirlpool, rain showers, steam rooms, a sauna, and heated tile loungers. A salon is nearby too, where guests can get manis and pedis, haircuts and styles, and more. It features its own pool, hot tubs, salad bar, and the Serenity Pool Bar. This bar offers all of your standard options as well as wines, champagnes, beers, signature cocktails, and a variety of sangrias that can be purchased by the glass or by the pitcher. There are lots of bars and lounges throughout the Carnival Jubilee cruise ship.
Day 5 of this Carnival Jubilee review was our second port of call in Costa Maya, Mexico. Since we needed to finish collecting content around the ship, we decided to stay onboard today. We started with the marinated chicken tenders and the crab & shrimp cake. For entrees, I ordered the chicken roulade and Don the jambalaya pasta. We then finished the meal with a key lime pie and melting chocolate cake.
